Why I chose this costume:

In this version of the Catwoman comic series, the original Catwoman needs a break from her anti-hero days as she raises her new daughter. Her friend and apprentice takes over the role for a bit and makes a few modifications to the costume while continuing to live up to the Catwoman name.

How I made this costume:

I heavily modified a pleather one-piece suit, by adding a collar and a working zipper up the front of the suit. I sewed my own pleather gloves and boot covers and I also sewed the buckles on her boots by hand. I used an old belt and a cat mask with a new pair of industrial goggles for accessories.

Thoughts on this costume:

Catwoman has always been my favorite comic character and I pounced at the opportunity to cosplay her when I saw this version of her costume drawn by David Lopez.
