Why I chose this costume:

Gwendolyn Maxine Stacy was in college when she met Peter Parker. As a science major, she was drawn to Peter’s intelligence the two had a strained on and off relationship until her sudden death in the comics. I wanted to try my hand at boudoir and Gwen seemed like a fun character to do this with.

How I made this costume:

This was a fun modeling project! Everything was bought or already owned (and I pretty much raided the guys section of Target for the perfect Spider-Man shirt). My precious Mary Jane Watson (Jelfish) was behind this idea and let me borrow one of her wigs (I’ve since purchased my own from Gothic Wigs).
